Own what you ship
You get the code, the accounts, the runbook, and the keys. If we disappeared tomorrow, another team could pick it up on day one.
Our story
Cyberwhiz Technology started in 2018 as a one person help desk off Route 40. Today we ship software and infrastructure for retailers, logistics operators, and specialty clinics across the northeast. And we still answer the phone.
01 / Origin
Our founder ran overnight support for a regional retail chain and kept building small tools on the side to stop his own pager going off. When two of those tools were adopted by other operators in the region, Cyberwhiz turned into a company. That habit, fix it once, fix it in code, is still the whole engineering culture.
Eight years in, we are twelve engineers, two designers, and one dispatcher who keeps everything on track. We work out of Tower Mhp in Egg Harbor Township and cover clients from Boston down to DC.
02 / What we believe
You get the code, the accounts, the runbook, and the keys. If we disappeared tomorrow, another team could pick it up on day one.
The web stack changes every 18 months. Your billing system should not. We pick tools that will still be around in five years.
Every project we ship gets Sentinel monitoring for the first year, on us. If we broke it, we know before you do.
We turn down more work than we take. If we cannot make you meaningfully better off, we will tell you who can.
03 / Timeline
Founded as a one person after hours help desk supporting a regional retail chain across three states. First tool built on the side automates incident triage.
A logistics operator in South Jersey asks for a rewrite of their dispatch board. It becomes a template we still use for scheduling apps.
Our internal monitoring tool is opened up to clients. The API is added six months later after two ops teams keep asking for one.
Fifteen full time staff. Forty active client projects. Sentinel watching more than nine hundred endpoints, twenty four seven, from four regions.
04 / Who we work with
Our clients tend to have between ten and five hundred employees, an aging system holding them back, and a bench too thin to fix it in house. We are not the right partner for pre revenue startups or one off marketing sites.
